Abandoned Houses

We took a bus tour of the areas devastated by Hurricane Katrina. The tour guide was excellent and a local guy from New Orleans.

There is an unbelievable number of abandoned houses in New Orleans almost 3 years after Katrina. It's really sad to see that so many families and neighborhoods never returned or recovered. With all the home building hopefully that will turn around in the coming years.

Someone let looters know that if they take from this house their life is at risk.
